Terms / Legal Notice
These terms explain how this public website may be used and what it does—and does not—commit Demand Range to provide.
1. Website operator and contact
Demand Range is a B2B brand providing analyst-led industrial lead research and market intelligence for suppliers of industrial equipment, technology and services. Contact partners@demandrange.com.
Confirmed legal-entity details, including registered company name, registered office and company number where applicable, will be added once available. No unverified entity detail, badge or approval status is published here.
2. Website purpose
The website introduces an analyst-led research and activation service. It is not a self-service platform, live opportunity dashboard, real-time intent feed, data marketplace, legal/compliance resource or campaign-delivery system.
3. No contract or service commitment
Using the site, clicking an email link or sending an enquiry does not create a contract, partnership, supplier approval, exclusivity, service level, data-processing agreement, statement of work or obligation to accept or deliver work.
Timing, deliverables, acceptance criteria, data sources and any activation require separately approved written scope and commercial terms. No meeting, pipeline or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
4. No legal or compliance advice
References to privacy, suppression, verification, source provenance, GDPR, ePrivacy or review are informational and operational, not legal advice or a compliance guarantee. Each engagement must be assessed on its facts and channels.
5. Accuracy and availability
Demand Range aims to keep the website useful and current but does not guarantee availability, error-free operation or suitability for a particular commercial purpose. Industrial projects change; opportunity interpretations are hypotheses subject to qualification.
6. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with site security or availability, send malware or unlawful content, misrepresent Demand Range, submit data you are not authorised to share, or use the public enquiry route for credentials, suppression files or confidential client material.
7. Do not submit sensitive or live data
The quote-request page transmits the information you choose to submit to a restricted business intake record. Do not provide sensitive personal data, passwords, credentials, confidential customer files, suppression lists or live campaign data. The first email route is not intended for sensitive personal data, special-category data, live client files, suppression lists, passwords, API keys or confidential material. A suitable route and review must be agreed if a conversation progresses.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, layout, branding, copy and visual material are owned by or licensed to Demand Range. You may view the site for normal business-enquiry purposes but may not republish it misleadingly or use it as a competing asset without permission.
9. Third-party links and services
The website may rely on hosting, domain, DNS and email services or link to external public authorities. Demand Range is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability or security practices.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demand Range is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this informational site, site unavailability or unauthorised misuse of the enquiry route. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ireland unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Live services may require separate governing-law and jurisdiction terms.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as the website, service, legal entity, tooling or operating model develops. Related notices: Privacy and Cookies.
